HubSpot Automation & Workflow Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a HubSpot Automation & Workflow Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to optimize and automate business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex automation workflows, sales and marketing automation, lead management strategies, and CRM integrations to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven automation strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize the entire customer lifecycle through HubSpot’s automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Strategy & Automation:
- Develop and implement HubSpot automation strategies to improve marketing, sales, and customer success operations.
- Design, build, and optimize advanced automation workflows using HubSpot’s Workflow Builder.
- Create intelligent lead routing, scoring, and nurturing workflows to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Automate customer engagement processes to enhance lifecycle marketing, retention, and reactivation efforts.
- Develop personalized automation sequences for different audience segments based on behavioral and demographic data.
- Optimize sales automation by streamlining lead assignments, follow-ups, and task creation for sales teams.
- Leverage AI-powered automation within HubSpot for chatbots, predictive lead scoring, and smart content delivery.
Lead & Customer Journey Optimization:
- Develop end-to-end lead management strategies to ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models to measure lead-to-customer conversions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Improve customer segmentation and lifecycle tracking through automated tagging and list management.
- Optimize email marketing automation, including drip campaigns, trigger-based email sequences, and transactional emails.
- Develop workflows for customer onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and churn prevention.
CRM & Sales Enablement Automation:
- Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM to align with business needs and sales processes.
- Implement automation rules to reduce manual tasks for sales reps, including deal pipeline automation.
- Develop AI-driven recommendations and task automation to support sales teams in closing deals faster.
- Integrate HubSpot’s automation with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, Calendly, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.).
- Optimize automated reporting and dashboards to provide real-time insights on pipeline performance and customer engagement.
Marketing Automation & Performance Optimization:
- Leverage HubSpot’s AI and automation capabilities to personalize content across marketing campaigns.
- Automate multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, chatbots, and push notifications) for enhanced engagement.
- Ensure automation strategies align with customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Continuously analyze and optimize automation performance through A/B testing and data insights.
Integration, API & Data Synchronization:
- Ensure seamless data synchronization between HubSpot and other tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, ERP, and custom databases).
- Develop and maintain API integrations to extend HubSpot’s automation capabilities.
- Use webhooks, RESTful APIs, and serverless functions to automate complex business logic.
- Optimize CRM data integrity by automating data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to track key metrics (lead conversion, sales velocity, engagement rates, etc.).
- Analyze and optimize automation performance to drive measurable business impact.
- Recommend improvements based on HubSpot analytics, AI insights, and customer behavior tracking.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Automation & CRM Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in HubSpot, with a focus on CRM, automation, and workflow development.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s Workflow Builder, Custom Properties, Sequences, and AI-driven automation.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing automation best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced lead nurturing and scoring systems.
Technical & Integration Skills:
- Proficiency in API integrations, RESTful APIs, and webhooks to connect HubSpot with third-party tools.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and HubSpot Operations Hub.
- Understanding of AI and predictive analytics for automated decision-making.
- Knowledge of HubSpot’s advanced reporting and analytics tools.
