Overall Purpose of the Role:
As a Visual Designer II in the Creative Services Department, you will assume a senior position, demonstrating advanced design expertise and leadership. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this position involves taking ownership of design projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing significantly to the creative vision of the department.
Design Leadership: Content conceptualization and execution of high-impact design projects. Provide mentorship to level 6 visual designers.
Project Ownership: Take ownership of design projects from inception to delivery. Ensure the alignment of designs with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Time Management: Manage timely delivery of your work across multiple projects.
Collaboration with Art Director and Creative Director: Collaborate closely with Creative team leaders to contribute to the overall creative strategy. Translate creative concepts into visually compelling and innovative designs.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences and objectives. Present design concepts persuasively and professionally.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all creative and marketing materials. Provide guidance on visual and messaging elements to ensure a unified brand image.
Research & trend analysis: Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance design skills. Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.
Learning & growth: Seek guidance from the Creative Director for professional growth.
Software & Creative Expertise: Utilize graphic design software proficiently to create high-quality visuals.
AI Proficiency: Utilize AI tools proficiently to help augment time and increase productivity around design, copy, video, and other content related to creative services.

Travel Expectations:
In-Person Team Meetings: Regular attendance for in-person team meetings is required.
Company Meetings / Retreats: Attendance for all Company-wide Meetings and/or Retreats is mandatory.
Client Visits: Occasional travel for client visits may be necessary. Travel frequency will depend on client requirements.
