Softway Solutions Inc., doing business as Softway, seeks Program Management Specialist in Sugar Land, TX. Supervise, mentor, and delegate tasks to project managers (PMs) and support teams to drive execution of programs consisting of IT and communication projects. Provide constructive performance evaluations and resolve issues. Communicate with essential stakeholders to review project aims and requirements. Evaluate, identify, and manage technology, staffing, and vendor resources. Develop proposals, budget, and estimates for timelines; and revise project plans as needed. Arrange and synchronize all program activities to meet established deadlines. Track program milestones and outcomes. Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to assess progress and risk management. Review and present budget projections, reports, and cost tracking documents. Monitor program expenditures for potential budgetary concerns. Deliver program outcomes to clients, upholding set quality standards. Occasional telecommuting permitted.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a substantially related field; and 4 years of experience (any job title) in IT project management, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance, using Miro, MySQL, and Scrum methodologies.
