Responsibilities:
Specialization & Work Product: Design and implement critical system components. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment. Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
Project Roles: Lead end-to-end development lifecycle. Plan and prioritize tasks with project managers.
System Design: Lead system design efforts. Conduct architecture reviews.
Learning & Development: Champion learning and development initiatives. Mentor engineers in career development.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor. Participate in pre-sales meetings.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Client Consultation and Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Support and Business Development: Provide technical expertise in sales processes. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Business Strategy and Growth Initiatives: Align technology initiatives with business goals. Develop and execute strategic initiatives for business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in building Cross-platform applications.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Engage with clients to understand business challenges.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in cloud platform AWS
Should be willing to learn other cloud platforms like Azure, and Google Cloud.
Knowledge of .NET, .NET Core, Sitefinity, HubSpot, databases, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of data engineering, cybersecurity, UX design principles, and quality engineering practices.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Proficient experience in translating business requirements into scalable and resilient architecture solutions and handling clients single-handedly.
Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code and well-thought-through systems.
Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Ability to make high-level design decisions and ensure best practices.
Great to Have:
Passion to stay up-to-date with technology and trends
Experience in working with and optimizing different cloud services from multiple providers.
Experience in upselling new features/projects to clients.
Knowledge of Big data technologies including data pre-processing, pipelines, warehousing, and analytics.
