Softway Solutions Inc., doing business as Softway, seeks VP of Marketing & Sales for Dallas,
TX office to: 
Under direction of company President and CEO, develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategy aligned with overall business objective for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding into new selected verticals in the digital technology industry. 
Oversee recruiting and hiring of local team to handle sales and related function to expand business opportunities. 
Own and review budgets for product/project development and ensure the budgets align with strategic objectives and goals of the company.
Establish KPI’s to measure success and effectiveness of products and projects.
Establish and develop strategies and guidelines governing payment terms, profitability targets based on company’s goals and cost control measures. Identify risks and oversee contingency plans. Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, public relations and market
research firms. 
Oversee development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals. Lead company’s efforts to increase market share, consulting clients and driving development of relationships, account growth and sales
volumes. 
Manage general activities associated with promoting and selling products including overseeing regulatory compliances related to IT and digital products, implementation of marketing and sales strategies and reviewing of sales and data reports regularly. Advise CEO on local national or international factors affecting the marketing and selling of products and services. 
Primarily work in Dallas, TX office and travel to company headquarters in Sugar Land, TX 2-3 times per month. Travel throughout US and to India, the Caribbean, South America, and other regions as needed about 4-5 times per year. May telecommute 3 days per week from the
Dallas, TX area.
Requirements: 3- or 4-year Bachelor degree in Business Management or substantially related (or foreign equivalent); and 4 years of experience as a Marketing or Sales Manager formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies for services and product growth in digital technology industry. Travel to company headquarter in Sugar Land, TX 2-3 times per month.
Travel throughout US and to India, the Caribbean, South America, and other regions as needed about 4-5 times per year.
